How to pay for the order
There are several options:
- Bank payment
- Card payment
- Cash (available only with the self-pickup delivery method)
All card payments are safe — we don’t store your payment data and your payment details can’t be read by external parties.
You can select a cash payment method if you’re planning to pick up your order yourself. Please note that we keep such orders for 14 days. If you don’t pick up your order within that period, your order may be cancelled.
If for any reason you can’t pick up your order within 14 days, please contact us via phone number +37253312352 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know that you’re still interested in the items you ordered and we’ll keep your order for longer.
Delivery and Returns
What are the delivery options?
There are several delivery options available:
- Itella, Omniva, DPD for a flat fee of 5 €, but once in a while we run free shipping campaigns. Free shipping will be applied automatically at the checkout unless you have a special code for free shipping that needs to be entered manually.
- Self-pickup. It’s free of charge and your order will be waiting for you in Tallinn, at Kivila 34.
Almost all our items are in stock which means that we dispatch your orders immediately after receiving the order confirmation. After dispatching you should receive your order within 1-3 days — it heavily depends on the delivery service (Itella, Omniva, DPD).
There are also seasonal items, such as advent calendars and items that are available for pre-order. In this case, we specify the estimated delivery date. Estimated delivery is the date when the item will arrive at the warehouse. Once these items are delivered to us, we start dispatching your orders.
Please note that during holiday seasons and discount periods the delivery may take longer.
Where do you deliver?
Currently we deliver only within Estonia. If you’re wishing to place an order and you’re located outside of Estonia, please contact us at email@example.com to get more precise information on the delivery cost.
How to return an item
We hope you’ll be satisfied with the quality of the items you ordered. However, if you wish to return them, please make sure that all the items are clean, unworn, in the original packaging and with all tags attached.
