1. Processing of personal data
1.1. The chief processor of the data is OÜ Alvotex, registration code 12746963, address Meeliku 21/1, 13915, Tallinn, Estonia.
1.2. When making a purchase through Lastenurk.com, we ask you for the following information:
- First and last name
- Address (when using the courier service)
- Phone number
- Email address.
1.3. Collection and processing of personal data are necessary for completing a purchase and sale agreement between the Buyer and OÜ Alvotex and for providing postal or courier services.
2. Who do we share your data with
2.1. OÜ Alvotex transfers the Buyer’s personal data to third parties in cases where the transfer is necessary for the provision of postal or courier services. An agreement has been entered into between the postal or courier service providers and OÜ Alvotex, which ensures the security of the Buyer’s personal data.
2.2. OÜ Alvotex may transfer the Buyer’s personal data to third parties without the Buyer’s prior consent only in the cases and under the conditions provided by law.
3. How long we retain your data
3.1. If the purpose of collecting personal data is met, we will delete the excess personal data as follows:
- Customer card data: 7 years after data collection;
- E-store user account data: 7 years after data collection;
- We will delete the Buyer’s personal data 7 years after the purchase.
4. What rights you have over your data
4.1. The Customer has the right to contact OÜ Alvotex at any time to get acquainted with their personal data, update personal data, terminate processing, delete data and exercise other rights arising from the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Personal Data Protection Act.
4.2. The Customer has the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data at any time, but this does not affect the previous processing of personal data based on the Buyer’s consent.
5. Using your data for marketing purposes
5.1. The Customer can join the direct marketing offers of OÜ Alvotex.
5.2. Direct marketing channels include SMS messages and newsletters sent via email.
5.3. Consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of direct marketing is given by the Customer by voluntarily registering as a user in the e-shop when making a purchase in the e-shop and by filling in the required fields when visiting the e-store.
5.4. The Customer has the right to refuse to receive direct marketing offers at any time by following the necessary instructions contained in the direct marketing materials.
5.5. The Customer may at any time request the deletion, renewal, suspension of the processing of their personal data collected for the purposes of direct marketing. In order to delete, update or suspend the processing of personal data, the Customer must send an e-mail to info@lastenurk.com.
