These Terms and conditions apply to this website and the transactions related to our products and services.

1. Introduction

Lastenurk.com is represented by Alvotex OÜ (registration code 12746963, address Meeliku 21/1, 13915, Tallinn, Estonia). The following General Terms and Conditions are prepared to regulate the relations between Lastenurk.com and the buyer.

2. Registration

2.1 You may but not obliged to register an account on our website. However, we will ask for your details such as your name, phone number, email, address during the ordering process.

2.2 If you register an account on our website, you have a right to ask for account deletion.

3. Ordering

3.1 Lastenurk.com is an online store and is open 24/7. However, we may close the shop for maintenance 

3.2 All prices indicated on the website are in euros and include VAT.  

4. Paying for your order 

4.1 Any extra fees such as delivery fee or credit card fee will be calculated upon the checkout. 

5. Delivery

5.1 If the item is in stock, we will ship your order within 3 days from the moment of payment. If the item is out of stock or is a pre-order, the estimated shipping and delivery date will be communicated to a customer.

5.2 You are required to provide correct shipping details. If shipping details are incorrect or cannot be confirmed, Lastenurk.com reserves a right to cancel such an order.

5.3 There are several delivery options you can choose from: self-pickup, Omniva, Itella SmartPost, DPD.

5.4 Omniva, Itella SmartPost and DPD cost 5 €, self-pickup is free of charge. 

5.5 Customer is responsible for paying the delivery fee unless Lastenurk.com provides any coupons for free delivery or runs any campaigns related to free delivery. 

6. Returns

6.1 We offer a 14-days cancellation policy. During this time, you can let us know that you want to return goods and send them back to us.

6.2 Returned goods must be in the original packaging, not damaged or used. Missing original packaging or missing pieces may result in a reduction of a value of an item. Please return an item in the original packaging and include all the parts to receive a full refund.

6.3 You can return an item(s) via Omniva, Itella SmartPost, DPD or by bringing it to our physical store. Please note that you must pay the cost of returning the items.
